Cross‑Functional Events Producer

About the role

Applied Intuition is seeking a Cross‑Functional Producer of Events to own and expand its event footprint. The role works closely with marketing, executive leadership, and external partners to design, plan, and execute high‑impact internal and external events that support business goals across multiple verticals.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on strategic event approaches, including vendor and event recommendations aligned with marketing plans for Defense, Automotive, Industrial, and Trucking verticals.
• Plan and deliver executive, investor, press, customer, and sales events, managing programming, run‑of‑show, itineraries, speaker coordination, and day‑of execution.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on internal communications and high‑visibility events.
• Establish and manage customer communications, follow‑up, and post‑event outreach.
• Oversee vendor onboarding, project execution, and final invoicing.
• Handle logistics such as venue/booth rentals, AV equipment, furniture, displays, food & beverage, travel arrangements, and executive dinners.
• Partner with design and web development teams to create event invitations and registration experiences.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing corporate or large‑scale events from concept to execution.
• Strong project‑management skills with the ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities, comfortable working with senior executives.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple simultaneous events.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate occasional remote work or adjusted office hours.
