About the role

The Cleveland Clinic Health System is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to join the anesthesiology team at Indian River Hospital in Vero Beach. The position offers sign‑on bonuses, loan repayment options, and a supportive environment focused on patient care and staff wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Perform pre‑anesthetic evaluations, document notes, and order/interpret laboratory work under anesthesiologist supervision.
• Administer anesthesia according to AANA and FANA standards, monitor patients continuously, and manage emergencies.
• Maintain sterile technique, ensure safe emergence, and transfer patients to recovery or ICU with proper hand‑off.
• Document outcomes, adhere to JCAHO safety goals, and follow Code Blue protocols.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthetist program with a BSN.
• Florida CRNA license and at least one year of critical care nursing experience.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications.
