CRNA – Sign-on Bonus & Loan Repayment Eligible

About the role

Join the CRNA team at Cleveland Clinic Weston Hospital, providing anesthesia care for a variety of cases (excluding trauma, OB, open‑heart, and liver). Most CRNAs work 12‑hour day shifts with no weekday call or night work.

Key responsibilities

• Perform pre‑anesthetic evaluations, write notes, order and interpret lab work under anesthesiologist supervision.
• Administer anesthesia following AANA and FANA standards, monitor patients continuously, and manage emergencies.
• Maintain sterile technique, ensure safe emergence, and transfer patients to recovery or ICU.
• Document all care accurately and communicate with physicians, staff, patients, and families.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthetist program with a BSN.
• Florida CRNA license and at least one year of critical‑care nursing experience.
• ACLS and BLS certifications.

Required skills

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
