CRNA (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist) – Multi‑Specialty Anesthesiology

About the role

Cleveland Clinic Health System is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to join its Multi‑Specialty Anesthesiology Division at the Main Campus in Cleveland, Ohio. The position offers a collegial environment with varied case mix and flexible scheduling options.

Key responsibilities

• Perform pre‑anesthetic assessments, develop and implement anesthetic plans, and document care.
• Administer anesthesia during induction, maintenance, and emergence phases, monitoring patient responses and adjusting care as needed.
• Recognize physiologic changes, take appropriate action, and communicate with the responsible physician.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited CRNA program.
• Current RN and CRNA licensure in Ohio, with NBCRNA certification and state endorsement.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification; PALS and NRP may be required based on setting.

Required skills

• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) – if applicable
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) – if applicable
• Clinical anesthesia administration and monitoring
