CRNA – Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology with Sign‑on Bonus & Loan Repayment

About the role

Cleveland Clinic is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join its Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology team at the Main Campus in Cleveland, Ohio. The position offers a diverse caseload, flexible scheduling, and a supportive, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform pre‑anesthetic assessments, develop and implement anesthetic plans, and document care.
• Administer anesthesia throughout induction, maintenance, and emergence phases, monitoring patient responses and adjusting as needed.
• Collaborate with cardiothoracic anesthesiologists, fellows, residents, and SRNAs in a unified OR team.
• Maintain compliance with all safety protocols, including PPE and infection control.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited CRNA program.
• Current RN and CRNA licensure in Ohio.
• Current NBCRNA certification with CPC and State Board endorsement.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Ability to work in a high‑stress, fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision.
