CRM & Loyalty Specialist

About the role

Michael Kors is looking for a detail‑oriented CRM & Loyalty Specialist to join its Consumer Marketing team. Based in New York, you will support North American initiatives while collaborating with regional partners in Asia and Europe, helping to grow the customer database and enhance the KorsVIP loyalty program.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CRM reports, dashboards, and analytics to monitor customer behavior and campaign performance.
• Partner with marketing teams to identify optimization opportunities and refine customer segmentation.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert for the CDP, analyzing data to uncover trends and drive engagement.
• Assist in integrating new CRM technologies, ensuring seamless data flow and system functionality.
• Work with the MarTech team on sprint planning to prioritize CRM projects.
• Support loyalty initiatives, including program enhancements, feature rollouts, and international expansion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 2‑3 years of experience in CRM analysis or a similar role.
• Ability to work in the NYC office three days per week.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM and CDP platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Knowledge of Adobe Analytics.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics.
• Experience using Tableau for data visualization.
