Crew Member – Restaurant Team Member

About the role

Join Chipotle’s restaurant team as a Crew Member, where you’ll help prepare fresh, responsibly sourced food and deliver a friendly dining experience. No prior experience is required – we provide training for all stations, from grill to cash register.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve menu items following Chipotle’s quality standards.
• Operate point‑of‑sale systems to process orders and handle payments.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including food prep and dining areas.
• Assist teammates in various stations such as grill, prep, salsa, and expo as needed.
• Provide courteous, prompt service to ensure a positive customer experience.

Required profile

• Friendly and enthusiastic attitude.
• Passion for helping customers and supporting teammates.
• Willingness to learn food preparation techniques.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the location.

Required skills

• Basic ability to operate kitchen equipment and POS terminals.
