About the role

Join Chipotle’s restaurant team as a Crew Member, where you’ll help deliver fresh, responsibly sourced food in a fast‑casual environment. No prior experience is required – we provide comprehensive training so you can work confidently at any station.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare menu items by hand, including grilling, assembling, and plating.
• Operate the cash register, handle customer orders, and process payments.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dishwashing and prep stations.
• Assist with food safety and quality standards, ensuring no freezers, microwaves, or can openers are used.
• Provide friendly, attentive service to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Required profile

• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude with a passion for serving others.
• Willingness to learn cooking techniques and restaurant operations.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location.
