About the role

Join Chipotle’s restaurant team as a Crew Member and help deliver responsibly sourced, real food in a fast‑casual environment. You will receive comprehensive training to work at any station and contribute to a friendly, customer‑focused atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare food by hand at stations such as grill, prep, salsa, and expo.
• Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and provide accurate order taking.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming environment for guests.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Required profile

• Friendly and enthusiastic attitude.
• Passion for helping and serving customers and teammates.
• Desire to learn cooking techniques.
• At least 16 years old.
• Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location.
