About the role
Join Wendy’s as a Crew Member and become part of a fast‑paced restaurant team that serves real food to real people. You’ll work on‑site, delivering friendly service while learning the fundamentals of food preparation and restaurant operations.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare menu items and assemble orders following brand standards.
- Operate restaurant equipment such as grills, registers and headsets.
- Serve customers efficiently and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols throughout your shift.
Required profile
- A positive attitude and willingness to help teammates and guests.
- Ability to stand and move for most of the shift.
- Eagerness to learn new tasks and correct any issues that arise.
