About the role

As a Crew Member at Wendy’s in Denver, you’ll join a fast‑paced restaurant team that serves real food to real people. You’ll receive paid training, flexible scheduling and the support you need to grow within the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Stand, move, and work throughout your shift to keep the restaurant operating smoothly.
• Use restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, and grills safely and efficiently.
• Prepare menu items following Wendy’s brand standards.
• Serve customers with friendly, accurate service.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Required profile

• A positive attitude and willingness to help teammates and customers.
• Eagerness to learn new tasks and improve performance.
• Reliability in following procedures and correcting issues when they arise.
• Ability to stand and move for most of the shift.
