About the role

Join Chipotle’s restaurant team as a Crew Member and help deliver real, responsibly sourced food in a fast‑casual environment. You’ll receive comprehensive training to work at any station, from grill to cash register, while contributing to a friendly, customer‑focused atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Prepare and assemble menu items, including grilling, salsa preparation, and food expo.
• Operate the cash register and handle digital tips.
• Maintain cleanliness and food‑safety standards throughout the restaurant.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak periods.

Required profile

• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude.
• Passion for helping customers and teammates.
• Desire to learn cooking techniques.
• At least 16 years old.
• Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the location.

Required skills

• Grill operation.
