About the role

Join Chipotle’s restaurant team as a Crew Member and help deliver responsibly sourced, real food in a fast‑casual environment. You will receive comprehensive training to work at any station, from grill and prep to cashier and expo, while contributing to a friendly, customer‑focused atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare fresh ingredients and assemble menu items by hand.
• Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dishwashing and sanitation.
• Assist with food safety, inventory, and stock replenishment.
• Provide courteous service that reflects Chipotle’s brand values.

Required profile

• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude with a passion for serving others.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Willingness to learn cooking techniques and restaurant operations.

Required skills

• Basic cash handling and point‑of‑sale operation.
• Ability to follow food preparation guidelines.
