About the role

Join a fast‑casual restaurant team where you’ll help prepare fresh, responsibly sourced meals and deliver a friendly dining experience. As a Crew Member you’ll rotate through stations such as grill, prep, salsa, cash register and expo, gaining hands‑on training in every aspect of restaurant operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble menu items by hand, following Chipotle’s food‑safety standards.
• Operate the grill, prep stations, salsa bar, and cash register as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dishwashing and sanitation tasks.
• Provide courteous, prompt service to guests, addressing questions and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including stock replenishment and cash handling.

Required profile

• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude with a passion for serving customers and teammates.
• Willingness to learn cooking techniques and restaurant procedures.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to communicate in the primary language of the work location.
