About the role
Join Wendy’s as a Crew Member and become part of a supportive, fast‑paced restaurant team. You’ll work on delivering great food and service while enjoying flexible scheduling and on‑the‑job training.
Key responsibilities
- Operate restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers and grills.
- Prepare menu items following brand standards.
- Serve customers promptly and courteously.
- Maintain a clean and safe dining environment.
- Stand and move throughout the shift as required.
Required profile
- Positive attitude and willingness to help teammates and guests.
- Eagerness to learn and improve.
- Proactive in fixing issues that arise.
