Crew Member – Fast Casual Restaurant

About the role

Join Chipotle’s restaurant team as a Crew Member, where you’ll help prepare fresh, responsibly sourced food and deliver a friendly, fast‑casual dining experience. No prior experience is required; we provide training for all stations, from grill and prep to cashier and expo.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare menu items by hand, following Chipotle’s food safety and quality standards.
• Operate the cash register, handle customer orders, and process digital tips.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dishwashing and station sanitation.
• Assist teammates in various stations such as grill, prep, salsa, and expo as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Required profile

• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude with a passion for serving others.
• Willingness to learn food preparation and restaurant operations.
• At least 16 years old.
• Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location.

Required skills

• Basic cash handling and point‑of‑sale operation.
• Ability to follow food safety and hygiene procedures.
