Creator Specialist

About the role

BetterMe is seeking a Creator Specialist who understands social media trends and can source talented creators to produce content for its marketing campaigns and social platforms. You will manage the end‑to‑end collaboration process and help shape content that drives conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and recruit talented creators and actors for marketing campaigns.
• Manage the collaboration workflow from initial contact through agreements to final content delivery.
• Prepare content briefs, references, and scripts, assisting creators with outfit, location, and script improvements.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with creators to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.

Required profile

• Proven ability to find talent across various platforms and use new tools for creator discovery.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and current trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and capacity to manage multiple creators simultaneously.
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency or higher.

Required skills

• Experience in influencer marketing, UGC, talent scouting, or creator management (nice to have).
• Familiarity with performance metrics for paid social such as CTR, hook rate, and CPA (nice to have).
