Creative Studio Production Assistant (Fall 2026 Internship)

About the role
ESPN Creative Studio, the creative arm of ESPN Marketing, is seeking a Production Assistant for its Fall 2026 internship. The role supports the design, development and delivery of promotional media across TV, print, digital and social platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with pulling footage, conducting research, and scriptwriting for TV, radio and social campaigns.
- Gain hands‑on post‑production experience using Adobe Premiere and related tools.
- Contribute ideas during campaign development discussions.
- Collaborate closely with writers, producers and designers to support creative projects.
Required profile
- Enrolled in an accredited college/university, preferably senior year, studying Marketing, Sports Media, Writing, Film or related fields.
- Strong interest in sports, professional and collegiate, and in creative campaign development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
What we offer
- Hourly compensation of $22.50.
- Full‑time schedule (40 hours/week) from Monday to Friday.
- Opportunity to work onsite in New York City with a leading sports media brand.
