Creative Strategist – Paid Social & Video

About the role

Medialicious is looking for a Creative Strategist to turn insights and trends into high‑performing creative concepts that drive user acquisition for its portfolio of social gaming brands. You will work across paid social channels, crafting short‑form video ads that capture attention and deliver measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and campaign strategies for paid social on Meta, TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other platforms.
• Write scripts, hooks, calls‑to‑action and storyboards for short‑form video ads.
• Build creative briefs informed by audience insights, performance data and platform trends.
• Collaborate with Paid Social, Design, Motion and Influencer teams to iterate ideas based on results.
• Support A/B testing by creating creative variations and identifying winning themes.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in creative strategy, content creation, social media or digital marketing.
• A portfolio showcasing creative campaigns, social content or video concepts.
• Hands‑on experience writing scripts, storyboards or briefs for short‑form content.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Meta, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Curious, trend‑aware and comfortable translating data into creative decisions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney or Runway.
• Experience using paid‑social platforms: Meta, TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts.
