Creative Project Manager – VIP & Partnerships

About the role

Hard Rock Digital is seeking a Creative Project Manager to lead the delivery of high‑impact marketing assets for its VIP and Partnerships divisions. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure creative projects are executed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage timelines, deadlines, and resources for all print and digital projects across VIP and Partnerships.
• Review briefs to guarantee all necessary details are provided for creative execution.
• Participate in creative meetings with internal and external stakeholders to align strategy, budgets, and schedules.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to maintain clear communication among creative teams and key partners.
• Utilize a digital asset management system to organize, categorize, and archive digital files.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience as a project manager or creative operations coordinator in an agency or in‑house environment.
• Strong organizational, planning, and budget‑management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing demands.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with project‑management platforms (e.g., Monday.com).
• Working knowledge of Adobe Suite and basic graphic‑design processes.
• Experience with digital asset‑management tools (e.g., Air).
