COTA PRN – Part‑time / Full‑time Opportunities in Richmond

About the role

Commonwealth Home Care is seeking Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) for PRN, part‑time, or full‑time positions at its Richmond branch. You will provide in‑home therapy services to help clients achieve optimal function, safety, and independence.

Required profile

• Graduate of an approved OTA program (minimum two‑year course).
• Licensed or registered in Virginia.
• At least one year of institutional or home‑health experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to provide two professional references.
• Pass OIG, Virginia State Police, and national background checks and verify employment eligibility.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of car insurance.
