Corporate Travel Consultant

About the role

ALTOUR is seeking a dynamic, energetic professional to provide best‑in‑class travel consultation for corporate and government clients. You will handle inbound travel requests, quote and book domestic and international air, car, and hotel reservations while ensuring compliance with corporate travel policies.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to corporate and government travel requests Monday‑Friday, 11:00 AM‑8:00 PM EST.
• Quote and book accurate air, car, and hotel reservations, following all corporate travel policies and the Fly America Act.
• Secure the lowest available rates using client‑negotiated programs and GDS low‑fare search capabilities.
• Maintain productivity, quality, and customer‑experience metrics through timely, error‑free reservations.
• Perform additional administrative duties as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of corporate travel selling experience.
• 5 + years of customer‑service experience, preferably in travel.
• Experience with international travel bookings and government travel requirements.
• Typing speed of at least 50 WPM.
• Proactive, adaptable, and strong communication skills.
• Leadership abilities and willingness to take direction and offer suggestions.

Required skills

• Mastery of Sabre GDS, including shortcuts, enhancements, and pricing.
• Proficient use of GDS low‑fare search tools.
• Knowledge of corporate travel policies and Fly America Act compliance.
• Ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
