Corporate Paralegal – Legal Operations

About the role

Airbnb’s Legal Department is seeking a dynamic Corporate Paralegal to support its Corporate Legal Team. You will work on a variety of corporate transactions, securities compliance, board governance, and entity management tasks while helping to keep legal operations efficient and organized.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and organize closing documents, resolutions, consents, and corporate records for transactions and governance matters.
• Maintain calendars for SEC filing deadlines, board and committee meetings, and ensure timely filing of required documents.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing SEC filings, earnings releases, investor‑relations materials, and other public disclosures under attorney supervision.
• Support board and committee meeting logistics, including drafting agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
• Manage global entity records, corporate minute books, subsidiary documentation, and coordinate with outside counsel on entity maintenance.
• Identify and propose improvements to internal legal workflows and operational processes.

Required profile

• Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across Legal and cross‑functional partners.
• Resourceful, proactive, and comfortable tackling challenging requests and thinking creatively to solve problems.
