Corporate Healthcare Attorney

About the role

RXNT is looking for a Corporate Healthcare Attorney to act as a senior legal advisor for its rapidly growing healthcare‑technology business. The role is fully remote and works directly with executive leadership and cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance, manage risk, and support commercial initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Advise operational teams on HIPAA, HITECH, fraud‑and‑abuse, state privacy laws and emerging healthcare‑technology regulations.
• Develop, review and maintain compliance policies, respond to audits, and monitor regulatory changes.
• Draft, negotiate and manage SaaS subscription agreements, master services agreements, business associate agreements, data‑use agreements, vendor contracts and NDAs.
• Provide privacy and data‑security guidance, conduct impact assessments, and support breach investigations.
• Support product and engineering teams on regulatory, privacy and AI considerations for healthcare software.
• Assist with M&A due diligence, strategic partnerships and corporate governance matters.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience practicing healthcare law, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of HIPAA, HITECH, privacy regulations and healthcare‑technology compliance.
• Experience negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate legal concepts to non‑legal stakeholders.
