Corporate FP&A Manager

About the role

The Corporate FP&A Manager leads financial planning, forecasting and analysis across the enterprise, partnering with finance leadership and functional teams to deliver insights that drive performance and support strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the annual budget, long‑range plan and rolling forecast processes.
• Maintain and enhance financial models for planning and scenario analysis.
• Partner with department leaders to refine forecasts based on business drivers.
• Support cash forecasting and liquidity visibility.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages with variance analysis.
• Analyze revenue, margin and expense drivers and support operating reviews.
• Develop and maintain enterprise KPIs, dashboards and performance reporting.
• Act as finance partner to Commercial, Operations and Engineering leaders, supporting pricing, margin improvement and cost optimization.
• Provide financial insight for capital investments, new products and strategic initiatives.
• Build detailed financial models for strategic decisions and business cases.
• Drive FP&A process improvements, standardize reporting templates and support ERP or planning tool implementations.
• Collaborate with Accounting to align actual results with forecasts and support audit and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field (required).
• 6–10 years of progressive finance experience with strong FP&A exposure.
• Experience in multi‑entity or complex organizations, preferably in manufacturing, healthcare or medical‑device sectors.
• MBA or CPA strongly preferred.
