Corporate and I‑Banking Cash Management Analyst

About the role

The Analyst – Cash Management supports Santander's Global Transaction Banking Business Unit. You will help develop, enhance, govern and commercialise payment and cash‑management solutions for Corporate & Investment Banking clients, ensuring regulatory compliance while driving innovation and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and enhancement of domestic and cross‑border payments, liquidity structures, account services and digital channels.
• Contribute to product strategy, roadmap planning and translate client requirements into marketable features.
• Participate in new product initiatives, enhancements and go‑to‑market execution.
• Assist sales and coverage teams with product positioning, pricing support and complex solution structuring.
• Analyse usage trends to identify opportunities for deeper wallet share.
• Maintain product policies and procedures to meet regulatory, compliance, legal and operational standards.
• Partner with Risk, Compliance, Legal and Operations to ensure proper product controls and oversight.
• Prepare internal documentation, product approval materials and monitor product performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in payments, cash management, liquidity products or related product‑management roles within banking.
• Strong knowledge of payment rails such as ACH, wires and RTP.
