About the role

The Coordinator of Undergraduate Student Recruitment will lead outreach and enrollment initiatives for prospective undergraduate students at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville. This full‑time position works closely with Admissions, Marketing, and academic units to attract a diverse and qualified applicant pool.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies targeting high‑school students, community colleges, and other feeder sources.
• Plan, coordinate, and staff on‑campus recruitment events, tours, and virtual information sessions.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking data in the Workday system.
• Collaborate with admissions counselors to ensure consistent messaging and follow‑up.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and prepare reports for senior leadership.
• Serve as a liaison between prospective students, families, and university departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, education, business, or a related field.
• Experience in college recruitment, admissions, or student services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse student population.
