About the role

We are seeking a skilled Cook to prepare delicious meals according to our menu, ensuring taste and timely delivery for our customers. The role requires following cooking instructions, maintaining a clean kitchen, and multitasking effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment.
• Prepare ingredients (chopping, peeling, cutting meat, etc.).
• Cook food using various utensils, grills, and ovens.
• Monitor cooking process, stir or turn food as needed.
• Maintain a sanitized and orderly kitchen environment.
• Store food and other items properly and ensure proper documentation of cooking and cooling temperatures per FSMA.
• Follow GMPs and all food safety programs and procedures.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders when shortages occur.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary school diploma is a plus.
• Experience using cutting tools, cookware, and bakeware.
• Knowledge of various cooking methods such as grilling, baking, and boiling.
• Ability to follow sanitation procedures and work in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills.
