Controls Technician

About the role

Rinvio is seeking a Controls Technician to support commercial, industrial, and mission‑critical projects. The role involves hands‑on work with control panels, system start‑up, troubleshooting, and verification in active project environments.

Key responsibilities

• Support installation, start‑up, checkout, and troubleshooting of control systems.
• Assist with panel work, wiring verification, point‑to‑point checks, and system testing.
• Collaborate with commissioning, electrical, and mechanical teams to bring systems online.
• Document issues, punch items, and completion status clearly.

Required profile

• Experience with BAS, HVAC controls, industrial controls, or PLC‑related field work.
• Comfortable reading prints and working in fast‑moving field environments.
• Strong troubleshooting mindset and attention to detail.
