Contracts Manager

About the role

CACI, a national security company, is seeking a Contracts Manager to support its Technology Programs across four lines of business: Electronic Warfare, Space, Digital & Network Technologies, and Mission and Engineering Support. The role acts as a strategic business partner across capture and execution, advising program teams and shaping agreements. It is an in-office position in Northern Virginia, with up to 10% local travel, and requires an Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and willingness to consent to a polygraph.

Key responsibilities

• Provide contractual expertise and leadership to program teams in the federal procurement environment
• Negotiate price, terms and conditions, and contracts, bailment, non-disclosure, associate contractor and teaming agreements
• Monitor contract performance and take part in change management
• Contribute to proposal development and review, and conduct risk assessments with mitigation recommendations
• Route conflict of interest screenings and coordinate with the Export team on export licenses
• Mentor junior staff and review pricing documentation for compliance

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience reviewing and negotiating US Government and commercial agreements
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or a related field
• Experience supporting capture teams under FAR Part 15, Part 35, OTAs and CSOs; preferred experience with the Intelligence Community
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and willingness to consent to a polygraph

Required skills

• Strong working knowledge of FAR/DFARS and agency supplements
• Able to frame, draft and negotiate agreements
• Preferred: CPCM and/or CFCM certification or graduate degree
