Contractor & Industrial Representative – Major Projects (West Region)

About the role

The Contractor & Industrial Representative (C&I) for Major Projects will manage large‑scale electrical projects across the West Region, acting as the primary project manager and liaison between sales, engineering, and construction teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project management for assigned regions using Salesforce to track dollar impact and sales results.
• Coordinate with C&I sales reps, regional sales managers, and key owner/specifier accounts to drive project growth.
• Assist the Regional Sales Manager in overseeing regional project portfolios and distribution strategies.

Required profile

• Associate’s degree (or higher) from an accredited university.
• Minimum five years of experience in the electrical industry working with contractors, distributors, engineers, and large‑scale projects.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce for project and sales tracking.
• Technical knowledge of medium‑voltage cable accessories.
