Contract Designer – Collectibles & Licensed Products

About the role

Crocs is looking for a Contract Designer to join its Global Design & Trend team. The focus is on creating collectible‑driven, licensed‑product concepts that blend footwear, Jibbitz™ accessories and cultural trends.

Key responsibilities

• Develop brand‑right, collectible‑focused design concepts for footwear, Jibbitz™ and related products.
• Translate consumer, pop‑culture and brand insights into compelling visual stories, mood boards and illustrations.
• Create graphic placements, CAD/3D visuals and initial packaging direction.
• Apply a collectibles mindset, planning drops, series, variants and long‑tail desirability.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, Marketing and Licensing teams to ensure feasibility and brand alignment.
• Present concepts confidently to internal and external partners.
• Manage multiple fast‑paced projects while maintaining creative clarity.
• Stay current on global music, fashion, art and youth‑culture trends and explore new 3D and design tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing licensed products or collectibles.
• Ability to work independently in a rapid, contract‑based environment.
• Strong visual storytelling skills and an eye for cultural relevance.
