Continuous Skills Development Trainer

About the role

Walmart is seeking a Continuous Skills Development Trainer to support its Supply Chain Fashion team in Palestine, TX. In this full‑time position you will design, deliver and evaluate ongoing training programs that enhance employee performance and keep skills current.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update training curricula aligned with Walmart’s operational standards.
• Deliver classroom and on‑the‑job training sessions for hourly and salaried associates.
• Assess learner progress, provide feedback, and adjust programs as needed.
• Collaborate with site managers and subject‑matter experts to identify skill gaps.
• Maintain accurate training records and generate performance reports.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in training or adult education preferred.
• Experience delivering workplace training, preferably in a retail or supply‑chain environment.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work flexible weekend shifts.
