About the role
We are seeking an experienced Content Manager to train AI chatbots. The role involves measuring chatbot progress, evaluating their logic, and improving model quality through linguistic expertise in both English and Russian.
Key responsibilities
- Provide writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and assess their outputs.
- Evaluate AI model quality for correctness, performance, and logical consistency.
- Conduct conversations with chatbots in English and Russian to gauge progress.
- Create novel conversation scripts to teach chatbots appropriate responses.
Required profile
- Fluency in English and Russian.
- Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
- Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory).
