Consultant II – Collaboration & Network Solutions

About the role

The Consultant II will join a project team delivering collaboration solutions for enterprise customers. Working under the guidance of senior consultants, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and supporting network and collaboration infrastructure in moderately complex environments.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, test, and troubleshoot hardware and software deployments for collaboration solutions.
• Provide Tier 2 support for network and collaboration infrastructures and act as technical lead for small to medium‑sized clients.
• Develop migration, implementation, risk mitigation, test, and disaster recovery plans.
• Participate in project meetings, design discussions, and maintain project documentation.
• Prepare proposals and high‑level assessments of technology costs, benefits, and risks for senior client stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with at least 4 years of hands‑on technology work.
• Proven experience dealing directly with client accounts and delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Ability to travel more than 30 % of the time.

Required skills

• CCNP‑Collaboration certification or equivalent knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, network design theory, and data‑center technologies as they relate to collaboration infrastructure.
• Experience with Collaboration product installation, configuration, and support.
• Ability to design and document small to medium‑complex networks.
