About the role
Nutrition That Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to support its Long Term Care facility in Elizabethtown, KY. The position offers a flexible, part‑time schedule of 4 hours per week or 8 hours every other week.
Key responsibilities
- Complete clinical nutrition assessments and document them using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team.
- Complete the MDS – Section K and calculate total fluid intake (TF).
- Make recommendations for wound care and significant weight changes.
Required profile
- Credentialed by the CDR with a valid Registered Dietitian license.
- Positive attitude and client‑centered approach.
- Strong communication skills.
Required skills
