About the role

BAYADA is seeking compassionate LPNs and RNs to provide private‑duty, one‑on‑one care for clients in the Lancaster area. You will work in patients' homes with flexible scheduling options, including morning or overnight shifts, 8‑ or 10‑hour full‑day assignments, on a PRN, part‑time, or full‑time basis.

Key responsibilities

Deliver personalized nursing care directly in clients' homes, matching cases to your location for short commute times.
Maintain accurate electronic records using Statewise charting software and follow care plans developed by the clinical team.

Required profile

Current, valid nursing license (LPN or RN) in the United States.
Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
