Consultant – Business Transformation and Innovation

About the role

Campana & Schott Inc. is seeking a Consultant to join its New York team, focusing on business transformation and innovation projects for healthcare and pharmaceutical clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end client projects, from planning through implementation, across strategic initiatives and portfolio management.
• Identify business needs, design processes, create execution roadmaps, and provide continuous status reporting.
• Develop, present, and implement creative solutions while collaborating with internal teams to shape the US organization.

Required profile

• MBA, MSc or related degree from an accredited institution.
• At least 2 years of experience in consulting, project management or life‑sciences environments.
• Strong communication, analytical mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting.

Required skills

• Daily use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude or Gemini.
• Familiarity with data engineering, digital marketing or sustainability concepts is advantageous.

• Base salary $108,000‑$120,000 per year plus discretionary bonus (0‑10%).
