Construction Supervisor – Luxury Residential

About the role

Balli Group is looking for a full‑time Construction Supervisor to lead on‑site execution of high‑end custom residential projects in Miami. The role demands a hands‑on leader who can coordinate trades, maintain schedules, and uphold the company’s standards of craftsmanship and client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day construction activities on luxury residential job sites.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, inspections, deliveries, and site logistics.
• Maintain project schedules and proactively identify potential delays.
• Ensure work complies with plans, specifications, approved selections, and design intent.
• Enforce quality‑control standards across all trades.
• Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with OSHA and company protocols.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, designers, consultants, owners, and clients.
• Track field progress, document site conditions, and communicate updates clearly.
• Assist with budgeting, cost control, change orders, and project documentation.
• Support inspections, punch lists, closeout, and final delivery of the home.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of construction experience, preferably in luxury custom residential projects.
• Strong experience in construction site management and field supervision.
• Proven ability to manage multiple trades and maintain project momentum.
• Experience with large‑scale custom homes (5,000 SF+).
• Knowledge of local building codes, inspections, and permitting requirements.
