Construction Superintendent – On‑site Lead

About the role

The Construction Superintendent leads on‑site construction operations for HBW Construction, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, safely, and with superior quality. This role represents the company’s professionalism and drives daily site performance.

Key responsibilities

• Represent HBW Construction through professional appearance, dress code compliance, and personal hygiene.
• Coordinate and schedule multiple trade subcontractors, resolving conflicts and ensuring seamless workflow.
• Maintain a clean, organized worksite and onsite office at all times.
• Enforce HBW’s corporate safety program and all applicable safety regulations (OSHA, MOSH, VOSH, EM 385‑1‑1).
• Communicate effectively with owners, clients, suppliers, engineers, tenants, and property managers, both verbally and in writing.
• Promote a solution‑oriented attitude in high‑pressure environments and foster strong stakeholder relationships.
• Review project layouts, identify discrepancies, and relay issues to project management and design teams.

Required skills

• Current OSHA 10 certification.
• Valid First Aid/CPR certification.
