Construction Superintendent – Healthcare Projects

About the role

Clark is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead daily field execution on healthcare projects across Southeast Michigan. You will work inside occupied facilities, ensuring patient care continues uninterrupted while maintaining strict safety and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily execution in occupied healthcare facilities.
• Coordinate phasing around clinical operations and enforce ICRA and infection‑control protocols.
• Manage trade sequencing, schedule adherence, and daily reporting.
• Conduct weekly trade coordination meetings and drive quality closeout and inspection readiness.
• Maintain documentation and build strong relationships with facility operations teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience as a Superintendent, preferably in healthcare construction.
• Strong MEP coordination capability.
• Deep understanding of infection control, phased work, and ICRA requirements.
• Disciplined leadership in 24/7 environments with a commitment to safety.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Phoenix.
• Proficiency with ProjectSight.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam.
