Construction Superintendent – Commercial Interiors

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead corporate office tenant‑improvement projects for our Interiors Division in the Houston area. The role involves managing all on‑site activities, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all on‑site construction activities from start to finish for corporate office tenant‑improvement projects.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive job site while enforcing all safety standards.
• Review drawings and specifications to verify compliance with project requirements.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, architects, engineers, and clients throughout the construction process.
• Manage project schedules, daily reports, inspections, and quality‑control documentation.
• Identify and resolve field issues proactively to minimize delays.
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent managing commercial interior construction projects.
• Strong background in corporate office tenant improvements and fast‑paced renovation projects.
• Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
• OSHA certification preferred.
