Construction Site Manager IV

About the role

Fluor is seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager IV to lead medium‑to‑large construction‑only, EPFC, maintenance, turnaround, or complex fabrication projects. The role serves as the primary on‑site authority, ensuring all construction activities align with contract requirements, schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Direct all construction and related activities for assigned projects, including office and field sites.
• Manage execution in compliance with prime contract terms, company policies, and safety/environmental standards.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout all phases.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to maintain alignment across departments, locations, and project phases.
• Oversee adherence to Fluor’s Quality Program and HSE & Sustainability policies.
• Provide leadership and guidance to all staff to achieve or exceed project objectives.

Required profile

• Accredited four‑year degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 20 years of construction‑related experience (or 24 years if non‑degreed).
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and intuitive decision‑making skills for complex project environments.
