Construction Manager – Telecom

About the role

Rinvio is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the telecom construction package for a large hyperscale data center in the Wichita Falls, TX region. This full‑time, on‑site position involves 50‑hour weeks and offers a competitive hourly rate.

Key responsibilities

• Own or support telecom construction package oversight, including pathway/device coordination, schedule, QA, and turnover.
• Coordinate daily with field leadership, trade partners, engineers, QA/QC, safety, commissioning, and project controls.
• Maintain current, accurate project documentation for field execution and turnover.
• Track issues, constraints, changes, inspections, and close‑out items through resolution.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading scope, cost, schedule, change, and field coordination on complex construction projects.
• Comfort working with RFIs, submittals, drawings, schedules, procurement logs, and project controls.
• Background in large commercial, industrial, mission‑critical, or data‑center construction.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Wichita Falls on a 50‑hour/week schedule.
