Construction Foreman

About the role

Hiner Outdoor Living, an award‑winning landscape architecture and construction firm, is seeking a Landscaping Construction Foreman to lead crew members on a variety of outdoor projects. The role offers a full‑time Monday‑Friday schedule with opportunities for overtime and a strong emphasis on work‑life balance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coach a crew of 2–3 members, ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Transport materials to and from job sites using the company vehicle.
• Coordinate installation projects such as water features, patios, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, fire pits, and irrigation systems.
• Work with diverse materials including boulders, strip stone, concrete, plants, and plant materials.
• Actively work alongside the team, delegating tasks and demonstrating high‑quality workmanship.
• Enforce quality and safety standards and provide professional client service.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of experience in landscape installation, hardscape, or construction.
• Extensive experience installing outdoor water features.
• Strong communication skills; bilingual candidates encouraged.
• Prior supervisory experience and a demonstrated leadership mentality.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and drug‑free status.
