Construction & Facilities Sales Representative – Bilingual

About the role

Enterprise Construction Group is seeking a motivated, results‑driven Construction & Facilities Sales Representative to expand its client base in the Doral area. The ideal candidate will build relationships, identify new business opportunities, and generate sales within the construction and facilities market while communicating fluently in English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and facilities sectors.
• Generate leads through networking, prospecting, referrals, and other business‑development activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, property managers, and facility managers.
• Present and explain company services to prospective customers and prepare proposals and estimates.
• Negotiate and close sales to achieve established revenue goals.
• Track sales activities, leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to project execution.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience, preferably in construction or facilities services.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Highly motivated, results‑driven self‑starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish with a professional demeanor and excellent customer‑service skills.
