About the role

The Finisher works hands‑on to produce high‑quality concrete foundations, collaborating with a dedicated team to build durable communities.

Key responsibilities

Precisely set formwork and compact base material.
Detail fabrication and installation of reinforcing steel.
Place, screed, and finish concrete to achieve a flat, blemish‑free surface.
Perform fine grading, hand‑finishing around drains, penetrations, edges, and install control joints.

Required profile

At least one year of concrete experience (general construction experience preferred).
Ability to tie rebar/steel, build forms, mix, pour and finish concrete.
Willingness to work irregular hours, travel to project sites and in all weather conditions.
