About the role

Join Rusin Concrete as a Concrete Carpenter, working hands‑on to set forms, pour, and finish concrete foundations for builders and homeowners in Colorado Springs.

Key responsibilities

Set, align, and inspect concrete forms to achieve required pitch and depth.
Spread, level, and smooth concrete using rakes, shovels, hand/power trowels, screeds and floats.
Monitor curing conditions (wind, temperature) and adjust processes accordingly.
Produce broom‑finished surfaces, mold expansion joints, and apply sealants or hardening compounds.

Required profile

At least one year of concrete experience; general construction experience preferred.
Ability to tie rebar/steel, build forms, mix, pour and finish concrete.
Willingness to work irregular hours, travel to job sites and perform outdoor labor in all weather conditions.
