Concierge at Museum House

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Concierge for Museum House, a sustainable residential community in Seattle’s First Hill neighborhood. The role involves delivering high‑quality customer service and coordinating resident services and programs.

Key responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents, ensuring comfort while they wait for team members.
• Answer phone calls, route them to appropriate staff, and handle service request callbacks.
• Maintain the guest suite schedule, ensuring payment and cleanliness for arrivals.
• Prepare clubhouse amenities each morning before the leasing office opens.
• Manage package deliveries, documenting arrivals and notifying residents within 24 hours.
• Coordinate move‑in and move‑out schedules, including loading dock and elevator usage.
• Track equipment rentals, dry‑cleaning services, and other community‑provided services.
• Assist with planning and organizing resident activities and programs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date information on local restaurants, shops, and delivery services for residents.
• Develop and maintain relationships with concierge vendors.

Required profile

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with a diverse group of people.
• Professional appearance and strong communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Knowledge of the First Hill neighborhood to assist residents and guests.
• Proficiency in using computers, internet, and basic software applications.
