Concessions and Services Program Manager

About the role

The Concessions and Services Program Manager will support the Operations and Administration of non‑airline revenue contracts for the nation’s capital airports, working within the Office of Marketing and Concessions at MWAA Headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and oversee terminal concession revenue programs and commercial services at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) and Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD).
• Develop, issue, and manage Requests for Proposals, contracts, and sub‑contracts for concessionaires and tenants.
• Maintain lease data, monitor financial performance, and address customer inquiries, complaints, and FOIA requests.
• Gather market data, conduct surveys, and update business intelligence dashboards.
• Serve as Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative and ensure continuity of services during construction, emergencies, or irregular operations.

Required profile

• Six years of progressively responsible experience in contract and lease management, preferably in airport concessions.
• Knowledge of commercial leasing principles, contract law, and procurement processes.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel to concession sites and wear personal protective equipment when required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computer and modern office‑suite software, especially accounting and financial systems.
• Experience drafting and negotiating contracts, statements of work, and RFPs.
• Project‑management scheduling to track critical milestones.
